Gisele Bundchen looks amazing on her cover! Her bleached eyebrows, chiseled cheekbones and perfectly nude lips are to die for.
Worlds different than how we’re used to seeing her on the Victoria Secret runway, Alessandra Ambrosio is proving that she can do much more than model lingerie. I love the no eyebrow look on her!!
Megan Fox’s Transformers 3 replacement, Rosie Huntington Whiteley definitely earns her “Siren” title with this cover! This has to be my favorite. She pulls off the pin-up look flawlessly.
This cannot be Sienna Miller!! I seriously stared at this picture for a minute straight and I just don’t believe it. I need proof. haha Either way, she looks incredible.

Lady Gaga on the Cover of Vanity Fair’s September Issue
I LOVE Lady Gaga on the cover of UK’s September 2010 issue of Vanity Fair! The silvery grey tone of the entire cover looks amazing, from her hair, to her fingernails. Perfection!
Makeup was done by Val Garland, who seems to be working with the pop star a lot these days.. Garland also did Gaga’s Alejandro music video.

Kidding…. BUT 60′s inspired fashion have been popping up everywhere lately! From the runways, to the covers of major fashion magazines and Fall/Winter campaigns.

On the Fall 2010 runway, 60′s inspired fashions were all over the place. Giles’ runway featured models wearing a classic 60′s bouffant, while the models walking the Rochas runway sported sex kitten, Brigitte Bardot inspired tresses.

June 2010′s Vogue UK featured an editorial called “Far From Heaven,” shot by Javier Vallhonrat. The story depicts the everyday life of a 60′s Housewife… if a 60′s housewives were draped in designer clothes and jewelry 
Prada’s Fall/Winter 2010 Campaign, shot by Steven Meisel, has a 1960′s nightclub vibe to it. Models are even wearing cat eye glasses and the infamous beehive hairstyle!
Singer/Songwriter, Karen Elson, appeared on the cover of this month’s Foam Magazine looking very 1960′s folk chic.
Giselle channels Brigitte Bardot in the Summer 2010 issue of Muse Magazine.

Christian Dior Couture 2010: The Makeup and Hair
John Galliano debuted his Fall 2010 Couture collection for Christian Dior yesterday. The whimsical, colorful display of walking art was accentuated by the jawdropping makeup and hair (as usual)! Key makeup artist, Pat McGrath, gave models blocks of bright colors on the eyes and a deep purple lip, while Key hairstylist, Orlando Pita, created avant-garde, gravity defying updos. Gorgeous!

WTF Alert: Christian Dior Contact Lenses?
Ummm??
John Galliano, fashion designer for Christian Dior is stepping outside the box by designing Dior contact lenses! Complete with the gold edging and “CD” logo, now you can blink in style. LOL!
Can you imagine having a conversation with someone who had letters inscribed on their iris?? I would die.
Dior came out with a line of designer contacts in 2006 called “Dior Eyes,” looks like they’re ready to test the market one more time…

Just about everyone knows who Miranda Kerr is, and if you don’t know her name, chances are you’ve seen her modeling in the pages of a Victoria Secret catalog. While most Victoria Secret Angels usually have a hard time breaking out the the “sexy” mold, Miranda Kerr has had no problem, and recenly been gracing the pages of major fashion magazines such as Vogue, i-D and V.

Inspiring Makeup From Vogue Nippon
LOVING this editorial in the newest Vogue Nippon!! One of my biggest pet peeves is when avant garde makeup looks sloppy and distracts from the whole picture. This is a gorgeous example of extreme makeup done right!! It still tasteful and fashionable, and I love the subtle changes in each picture. I’m also really into braids right now, and these braids are to die for. These pics are definitely going into my inspiration folder

Fashion News: WTF? ANTM Gets Upgraded to Italian Vogue?!
Is Nothing Safe From Reality TV?
The CW held it’s annual upfronts today, where the president of entertainment for the channel announced that the winner of next season’s America’s Next Top Model will grace the cover of Italian Vogue, instead of Seventeen Magazine like the season before. Jay Manuel confirmed the news on his Twitter five hours ago.
WTF?!!
Italian Vogue is the world’s most influential fashion magazine. America’s Next Top Model is a reality show depicting a very inaccurate portrayal into the fashion and modeling world. It is meant for entertainment purposes and the very few models that do actually work after the show do commercial modeling, not fashion. How did this happen?
LA Times Entertainment Editor, Joy Press, wrote on her Twitter saying “The next America’s Next Top Model winner will get cover of Italian Vogue, not 17. Which means they actually have to find…a top model.” Hopefully this next season they will be looking for a model with a more editorial look..
